This section includes information on sexual assault targeted to law enforcement. Some of the material is general in nature; the specific sexual offenses included are based on Arkansas laws. Online training on this website also includes modules of value to law enforcement; one is on investigations and report writing, another is on stalking, and another is on drug-facilitated rape and sexual assault. The online training is accessible from the home page.

Tool Kit for Law Enforcement Use of the U-Visa was created by Legal Momentum and the Vera Institute. This tool kit is designed to assist law enforcement agencies develop U-visa certification policies/protocols to enable immigrant victims of crime to access the U-visa. The tool kit was created with input from law enforcement officers and contains legal info, sample policies, FAQs, and other information we hope you’ll find helpful in your advocacy efforts.
